Treatment For Bump On Child's Forehead After Injury?
My 18 month old son was running and fell , hitting his forehead onto the corner pillar od the staircase. This corner is a 90 degree square angke corner. He now has a big white egg shaped bump with a purple streak going from top to bottom. What do you recommend as a course of action? We have put ice on it so far.

The red bump on the forehead passes away in due course.
But you should observe him for 48 hours for
Altered sensation ,vomiting , and convulsions .
This suggests head injury.
Needs physician consultation .
Paracetamol may relieve pain .
