Treatment For Difficulty Urinating, Light Headedness After Spleen Removal?
My friend recently had his spleen removed after a car accident....at home with home nurse care...last 24 hours...not feeling well at all...hot..difficulty urinating...shaky and unsteady when he walks....light headed and speech slurred...does not want to go to hospital...please advice

He needs to go to the emergency room no matter whether he wants to or not
The nurse needs to notify his doctor about this since he may either be septic from an infection or having a stroke--either way it's an emergency situation
