Treatment For Headache, Soreness, Blocked Nose After Head Injury?

Hi, I was accidently head butted on the bridge of my nose on saturday.. My nose didn't bleed but it feels blocked and very sore and I have a little bruising. I had a headache yesterday that took some getting rid of and its come back today, do i need to get ti checked?

Hi. Sure , you need to check it out. An examination by a ENT is better as he can check you for signs and symptoms of head injury as well as for septal hematoma , which may be the reason for blocked nose. May have to go for CT of brain and nose.
