Hello,

Yes poor hearing or middle ear infection may cause clumsy child. Congenital problems or trauma or viral infections like measles, mums may cause this problem.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please get it done audiometry and tympanogram. Avoid allergens. Please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
