Treatment For Loss Of Hearing Due To Mineries Disease?

I was detected with Mineries disease since 2006. I am taking vertin tablets for several years. Apart from giddiness, i experience a continuous sound (rather disturbing) in my right year and it is confirmed that I have already lost 70% of my hearing in my right ear and 30% lost in my left ear. Please advise further treatment to be followed

hi
first of all ur hearing loss should be evaluated for cause .
if u have inner ear hair cell loss
it's purely sensory neural hearing loss (SNHL)
u have to go for hearing aid
and ear has to be examined with otoscope once .
minieres can occur along with SNHL.
apply manoeuvre will relieve ur symptoms
