im of 30 years.
since last 5 years im feeling pain and stiffness at cervical position (c4- c5 got disordered on MRI findings) . still i have pain and stiffness on the same location ...restrict me to drive and sleep......and doctor suggest me to operate after non recovery using physiotherapy.
