Treatment For Pain Of Withdrawal From Substance Abuse?

Can you advise me and/or provide me with a list of doctors between Houston and Galveston (77586) that are willing to assist with a self rehab program for substance abuse? I have been through the typical group therapy AA thing and do not find it effective. I have quit before and transitioned to a competitive triathlete. My issue is suffering through the depression period and having little motivation.

What I need for example...is for someone to provide prescriptions for reducing the pain of withdrawal and then recommendations (diet, vitamins etc. to help to repair rebuild the brain dopamine reward centers. Based on your question, you can do below items - some of them must be do under an addiction licensed or registered Doctor:
1. M.M.T + its monitoring for complete withdrawing period (s); such as: HTN, and so on;
2. Deep Psychotherapy, by focus in your Chief Complaint (s), and substitute of psychic support into your " functional and productive crack cocaine ";
