Treatment For Painful Mass On Buttocks After Fall?

I fell a few years back on my bottock. Had a large dark bruise all across one of them that took several weeks to disappear then forming into a large mass with pain, swelling & heat when sitting for more than 30min. I have gone to several Dr's but none can/have helped.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely a haematoma of buttock. Some haematoma will disappear gradually. If it is big and is painful you might need a incision and drainage. You should approach a general surgeon for this.Analgesics and ice pack application will give you temporary relief.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
