Hi, Two days ago my ear lobe started throbbing and was red...I thought I possibly got bit by something but then when I woke up the next day and the inside of my ear hurt and the ear lobe throbbing had stopped. Now my jaw really hurts from near my ear all the way down to my chin, it even hurts a little to chew on that side and also down at the bottom of my chin it seems as though my gums are sore in that area. I am assuming it s swimmer s ear from all the stuff I have read on line but i currently have no insurance so I cant be seen and my doctors office would not give me any advice over the phone without them seeing me. My question is do you think it is swimmer s ear and is there anything I can buy over the counter to treat it?
