Treatment For Swollen Labia Due To Nephrotic Syndrome Edema

14yo daughter has severe labia swelling due to nephrotic syndrome edema, in hosp for 5 days so far with no improvement receiving albumin/lasix for overall swelling, down approx 5 kilos in 5 days, but, NO improvment in labia area. having significant pain & being treated with oxycodone, morphinne as needed and starting doxycyclone as preventative for any infection. how soon should we expect any improvement. should she see either ob/gyn or urologist as opposed to only her nephrologists ? thank you
