Hello, i am 30yrs old woman. my problem is that when i was younger my hair is very good ,thick . bt now day by day my hair is going very thin. when i was 23 then i suffered policystic overian problem. so that time i had taken some medicine for 3 yrs..bt from that time and after my baby birth I am suffering from hairloss and thining problem..my baby is now 2 n half yrrs old.so pls give advice
Increase intake of green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits in diet. By the time reports come, you may start taking tablets containing combination of calcium pantothenate, selenium, zinc, biotin available over the counter.

But such hair loss usually recovers within 6 months. If still it continues, it needs to be evaluated.
