Treatment For Unexplained Bruises On Arms And Lumps In Elbow?

I have bruising on my arms unexplained bruising with lumps in the bruises and pain in my elbow and tingling in my fingers and hard to lift things and hold on to things. A few days ago i jumped off a small hill and my arm sounded as though i had snapped my elbow. hurt pretty bad. I'm just having lots of trouble with my arms then the bruises with lumps.

dear you need a clinical examination but having said that you seems to have nerve compression in your neck region leading to your suffering.as far as elbow is concern do ice fomentation along with tab.ibuprofen, if not relieved get x ray done.
