Hi, Thanks for the query. If the liquefaction time in semen is delayed it indicates that maybe the prostrate gland that produces liquefaction enzymes is not working well. It is advised to get a post coital test for this. In this specimen is collected from the vagina and cervix.to test for presence of sperms. If they have reached the cervix, there is no issue and need for treatment. Another remedy for this is doing an IUI procedure where sperms are washed and inserted directly inside the uterus. If your wife is having infection, the doctor must have prescribed the kit considering the type of infection. Discuss with your doctor regarding th =e use of vaginal tablets along with the oral tablets to cure infection. These issues are common and minor. Get treatment and you will be all right.
