You need to get examined by a doctor. Blood pressure should be measured in lying down as well as in standing position. Mainly, we need to rule out postural hypotension- fall of BP when standing. This could make you feel dizzy.
In addition, we need to exclude
anemia (low
haemoglobin). If found, it can be treated with medications.
You may also require ECG and
echocardiogram tests to make sure your heart is normal.
