Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

The stitches (6 in no.) which were given on the inside are given using catgut which dissolves over a period of time. At times they may get infected which must be giving rise to the bubble being described by you. I suggest that you consult your doctor who may tease the area and remove the offending stitch if it is there.

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.

Wishing your child an early recovery.
