Trigabantin, Content Of Alpha Lipoic Acid, Gabapentin, Methylcobalamin. Substitute?

I would need your advice for her to suggest the generics for the Trigabantin 100mg as( Trigabantin is not available in USA).

When I searched for generic for Trigabantin 100 mg it is giving composition like below.

COMPOSITION
Salts -     Alpha Lipoic Acid (100mg) | Gabapentin (100mg) |Methylcobalamin (0.5mg)


Kindly advice her the prescription for relieving from the nerve pain .

the medicine for nerve pain or neuropathy is pregabalin plus methylcobalamine combination which is easily available any where.

it comes as brand name PREGABA M or PREGATOR or PREGADOC PLUS any combination would do.

this tablet can be taken at night time daily.

other drug you can use in neuropathy is TRYPTOMER 10 mg at night.it contains amitryptaline.also comes as AMITONE.
