Hello
Welcome in H.C.M.
I have gone through your query regarding difficulty in swallowing for last 40 days with little sore throat and a lump behind the chin with swelling over left side of face, your blood counts are raised but no fever.
Considering these facts I would like to say don't take your disease lightly because sore throat for 40 days along with difficulty in swallowing indicates that it is not any normal sore throat. I am in suspicion that you have some neoplastic lesion in your throat which is giving rise to difficulty in swallowing along with mild sore throat. Your blood report also favours this suspected disease.
My advice for you is to consult your E.N.T.specialist for thorough examination and possibly doing biopsy to confirm the diagnosis and possible treatment.
With Regards.
