my semen analysis result is as follows:- volume:2.0ml liquefaction:-40mins pH-8.0 spermatozoa count/ml - 70million Morphology:- normal-60% abnormal 35% sperm percursors 05% pus cell- 1-2/hpf r.b.c.-0-1/hpf motility:- after liquefaction - 65% 4hrs after collection:- --- motility rating(%spermatozoa):- very rapid progressive movement-10% slow progressive movement - 45% motility without progression - 10% immotile- 35% kindly tell me whether this is a normal or bad or good report.we tried for 4 months without positive result in pregnancy. thank you

I recommend you to visit a general surgeon who would examine your testicles and advise you for a semen culture and a doppler ultrasound of the testicles as required.
The doctor may advice you a short antibiotic course.
In the meantime you should wear loose underwears and take a brisk walk of 30-45 minutes each day.
Second pregnancy involves a number of factors.4 months is ni time.
If after 8-12 months of unprotected intercourse,your wife does not conceive,a doctor shoukd be consulted for investigation.
