Trying To Conceive, Taken Siphene, Have Missed Periods, Negative Hpt. Pregnancy Chance?

Need help...! hi, had my LP on 24/11/12 then doc prescribed siphene 50mg (twice daily for 5 days). dont really know my ovulation day but we tried regularly from the 11th day to the 20th day of my cycle. still dont have my periods but the hpt that i took today was negative.......is there any hope and when can i test again.
