Trying To Conceive, Under Follicular Study, Have Mild Lower Abdominal Pain. Is It A Good Sign?

hi doc, m 24 years old and its been 1 year of my marriage. i am planning to conceive and today is my 14th day after periods. my gynae advised me to take out an ultrasound for follicular study today and it came out as around 7.6 mm result. m i able to concieve and i have little pain in my left side lower abdomen as well. is it a sign of conceiving.
