I am using Melacare for more than 2 years.. Its gives good result. If I use 1 day, i used to leave gap for 3 days and will again use only on 4th day. If im not using the 4th day, i will get some rashes on my face.. Now i got married, and im trying to get pregnant. Is it good to use melacare now also??? Will it cause any side effect???

Hi melacare cream contains tretinoin along with hydroquinone and tretinoin is proven teratogenic so using it when trying to conceive is not safe. You can try using topical clindamycin once a day along with appropriate use of sunblock and on e antihistamine like loratadine at night is not only effective but safe too.
