I am a girl of age 29 and married...we have been planning for baby and some tests were done by doctors..evrything is fine but they found out that my blood sugar levels are high and they conformed that type2 diabetes...I am worried now and they put me on strict diet and prescribed me glucomet 500SR tab 3 times a day...Can you please let me know..Can i become pregnant? what foods should i avoid to bring my sugar levels to normal state...what foods should i avoid? Can i eat carrot ? Apple ? etc

Exercise would also be beneficial.
