Trying To Lose Weight. Do Not Have Gublater

Yes I am 49 years old and I am 220 pounds and am 5 feet 2 inches tall and having a hard time with my loosing weight and need to rely loose 95 or less and was looking to do diet pills but don't know witch one will help me the most cause there are so many and I need something that keeps me from eating so I can foucs on snacking on good things cause I don't have a gublater any more so my food takes longer to digest and I do great with snacks but sometimes I eat too much.

Obesity and overweight is becoming a common problem.Longterm associated with many complications such as Breathinh problem,joint Arthritis,General day to day activities.Long term good option would be Weight loss surgery which now a days can be done keyhole / Laparoscopically.About 70% of excess wt can be lost.Long term good viable option both wt wise and economically also.
