Twisting Pain In Lower Abdomen After Emptying Bladder. UTI Test Negative, Blood In Urine. Cause?
When I am almost done emptying my bladder I get a twisting pain in my lower abdomen . The severity is inconsistent and I have tested negative for an UTI . They did however say I had a little blood in my urine. I am a 44 year old female. Same sexual partner. Negative pregnancy test . Bladder lift and tubal over a year ago

Is the pain in the entire lower abdomen or to one side?
How is your urination? How is the stream of urine? Frequency of urination? any urgency?
Please get an XR-KUB and an US scan of the KUB with post void residual urine
