Two Embryo's Crown Rump Length Are 0.32cm & 0.33cm For 6weeks 4days Suggest?

Hi doc,
I just had us today and it says there ismonochorionic and mono amniotic twin pregnancy with two embryos,crown rump length are 0.32 cm and 0.33 cm in 6weeks 4 days.heart beats 117 and 119. Is it normal ?because I heard possibility of ttts. Please advise me . Thanks.

Hi dear and thanks for your query.

As per your report CRL of twins is appropriate for your gestational age.
And range of fetal heart rate is normal.
Yes twins monochorionic and monoamniotic are predisposed for transphusional twins syndrome but there is no precaution that you can take.
Only follow advice of your obstetrician and be calm.
