Two Year Old Having Brownish Raised Splotchy Rash Spreading On The Body. Is It Linear Mole?
Okay my daughter is two yrs old, she was perfect when she was born but had a huge head, when she was about 6months old she started getting this light brown, raised, splotchy, bumpy thing on her side, when i took her to the derm. he said it was a linear mole. Well now it is spreading across her hip (gotten larger) and now there is a tiny spot under her belly button. what do u think it is? ive looked it up nd it looks like nevus . is it?

There is no difference between a mole or a nevus. Nevus is the medical terminology. Moles do grow with age which must be the case with your daughter. The best course would be to wait and watch.
