Type II Diabetic. Restless Leg Syndrome And Verge Of Anemia. Fibromyalgia And On Birth Control. Remedy?

Hello,

I've just been searching symptoms and reading up on people with similar conditions. A few days ago, I developed this fluttering/bubbling sensation in my right lower leg/shin, it started while I laid down on my couch, it came and went then it came during the night while I tried to sleep. I am type 2 diabetic, I think I did suffer from restless leg syndrome and I'm on the verge of anemia. I am slightly over weight, 43 years old, don't smoke/drink I eat healthy for the most part/ I do eat sweets on occasions, and I do (2-3) 30 minute walks per week. Some of the posters suggested anemia being the biggest cause, while others felt it was lack of exercise, some thought it was Fibromyalgia, yet others thought it was birth control pills or herpes related. One or two warned against blood clotting. I am not on birth control, have never been on them, nor do I have herpes.

Could you please direct me to the right cause behind this sensation and if there's something I need to do to eliminate it? I'd appreciate it greatly
