US Shows Large Adnexal Cystic Mass On Left Side. Right Ovary Removed. On Medication For Stopping Periods. Advised Surgery. Any Other Way?

Hello,my niece is 21 years old . Accroding to US report al large adnexal cystic mass is preasent measure 9*6cm=54cm on the left side.Right SIDE OVARY has been removed 6 years ago. Doctors recomended again surgery .Is it any otherway to rather than surgery? she is on medication from 6 months with stoping mensuration cycle. but the size of the cyst js growing .

You have failed to mention the exact location of the adenexal mass, but what is important to note is the size. Thisbis extremely large, and even with medication if the size continues to grow, surgery should be considered the only option, not just the best option.
