Ulna Has A Lump That Hurts. What Is The Vein That Runs Down From Thumb? Worry?

For about a week now my left wrist has been hurting and I ve noticed that on the top of the ulna i have a bump or that its swollen. Aside from that I ve noticed that the vein running to my thumb is rathe larger than the others and its excruciating pain. I don t know if this ais a real serious problem as it does bring a lot of pain.
