Hi Doc, I was told I had a tornligament from 8 months ago and had both knees ultrasounded and thy said only the right was bad yet the left onehas been bothering memore at times so I amapt to think that this one is not proper also. I wuold liketo go back andget them done again I just don t want to disrespect their opinon but I know there is something still wrong and they never ofer meany physio.
Hi If you doubt anything about your left knee get an mri left knee done. From the mri report you will come to know about your knee status. If no pathology found then you need short wave diathermy and knee physio like quadriceps drill hamstring strengthening exercise. And apply ice if its paining along with short course of pain killers. Get well soon. Thank you.
