Ultrasound Shows Ovaries Normal. Free Fluid Seen. Reason?

hello i just had recieved my sonogram results and it reads both my ovaries are normal and that there was Minimal free fluid seen around my cul-de-sac. my doctor wasnt not specific on what that means and i read on the internet that i had a rupture cyst .my last period was nov 09 .please doctor help me mujhe kya problem hai?

Firstly, the ruptured cyst means, here a ruptured follicle. It means that your ovulation has already occurred.
So, do not worry, there is no pathology in it.
