Ultrasound Shows Placenta Prieva. Now It Has Moved. But 3rd Ventricle Is Prominent. Problem?

Hello, At my 21 week ultrasound apt. my dr. found that I had placenta prieva. I went back for a second ultrasound at 26 weeks and the placenta has moved out of the way. However the report states that her 3rd ventricle is prominent and that she has mild thickening of her neck folds. He is sending me to a specialist but I wanted to know how worried I should be. I think she is a big girl. She measured 14oz at 21 weeks and 2.4lbs at 26 weeks. Could her large size be a factor? Or the fact that the second ultrasound is later in the second trimester?

Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. No nuchal fold thickness could be a sign of any genetic anomaly, hence you have been advised to see a specialist. Large size baby doesnt cause this.Placenta migrates as the pregnancy advances.
