Unable To Conceive After An Abortion. Scan, Normal. Taking Folic Acid, Iron, Women Revital Tablet. Help?

i got pregnant last year Feb 2012 but due to family problem i aborted. now we are planning for baby but still i am not conceived. i took scan everything is normal. daily i am taking folic acid, iron tablet and women revital tablet. can u please suggest me any other test to be taken and any tips for conceiving. can i take gyno vit syrup. wil help in conceiving.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
If I were your treating doctor for this secondary infertility , I would come up with these measures , these includes.
1 Get in ultrasound of both ovaries once again ( 2nd opinion) to rule out any cysts in follicles.
2 Now get in study of maturation of follicle ( dominant ) and also study of its burst and release of ovum ( successfully ) .
3 Once ovum release then it fertilize and implant in the uterus endometrium . So find out the thickness of endometrium as this is important after abortion .
In my opinion move as steps as mentioned above respectively .
Consult a gynecologist and get his opinion.
