Unable To Conceive, Have Periods With Clotting, Fibroids, Cyst. Having Signs Of Hyperlasia. Possible Treatment?
HI I am a 49 year old female who has never had children ....... i have had blood clotting for almost 2 years i have followed up only to be told each year that i have fybroids and a cyst ........ the fybroids are small .... this makes me think there is more to warrant such heavy bleeding ? i had a biopsy at the hospital i was told i have signs of complex hyperlasia ...... at the end of august i will be getting a d&c and they also want to do a larger biopsy .... my gynecologist has told me the lining is thick however there was no confirmation of cancer at this point ...... he told me to be optomistic as i am a worrier any thoughts would be greatly appreciated .........

Coming direct over the point , since you are a 49 year old , so follicular study is very important .
If follicles matures and ovum liberates , you can conceive.
For pregnancy ovulation is one thing necessary.
If there is no follicles maturation , no pregnancy.
Only way is I V F .
Further there is cyst and fibroid so consult one more GYnaecologist and get ultrasound .
Get the opinion of another gynaecologist for both cyst , fibroid.
