Unable To Lose Stomach Fat, Eye And Knee Joint Pain, Breathing Difficulty. How To Lose Weight?
I am a vegeterian,non-smoker, non-alcoholic and do not consume tobacco product. At 58 years of age, I am 74 kg. Despite 30 minutes regular walk and timely breakfast, lunch and dinner I am not loosing belly weight. I feel tired throughout the day especially tired eyes and knee joint pains. Please advise. I have breathing problems when I bend forward even while tying shoe laces or lifting something from the ground.
hello sir... you need to check your vitamin D3 and B12 levels and take medication for same if deficiency exists... also get your lung check up done from a good doctor.. eat small meals every 2-3 hours.. avoid wheat and milk.. have fruits, nuts, sprouts, egg whites as mid meals..salad with lunch and dinner.. keep dinner absolutely light like soups,s alads, veggies/ chicken/ fish.. drink plenty of water and 2-3 cups green tea.. rest well..continue with your walks and increase them to 50 mins..
