Unable To Reach The Correct Heart Rate While Working Out. Can Taking Crestor, Fenofibrate Affect Heart Rate?
I have begun working out with a Heart monitor and tried to stay in a targeted heart rate range and have had to work a high level to try and get my heart rate in the correct range. I am not able to get it into range compared to others I am working out with. They seem to not be working near as hard an seem to be in their targeted rate. I am 6'3" and 280 lbs. I am also on statin medication Crestor 5mg and Fenofibrate 145mg taken once daily. Are these medications effecting my ability to reach my targeted heart rate and sustain that rate?
