hello doctor. my age is 27 years height is 5 6 and i weigh 43 kgs.. being under weight is becomin serious issue for me.. i have weakness all the time, racing heart, and i feel depressed.. my appetite is not very good, i feel hungry but i dont feel like eating..i have sleeping problem, i cant make myself fall asleep and when i do, i get nightmares. this is my daily business since many years . now i am very much concernd about my weight.. please guide me . if possible please tell me a good doctor in pune,India. as i live in Pune..

u are really under weight according to ur age and height.
u have got palpitation i.e racing heat ,more over u feel hungry ,but thin ,all your symptoms suggest tht u might have hyper thyroidism.but with doing any investigation it is very hard to predict.
first u do ur thyroid profile test t3,t4, tsh.
if it is found u are having hypr thyroidism thn tak proper treatment,
better u fist consult with any md medicine ,and do the required investigation.i hope ur problem will be solved
