Undergoing Weight Loss By Eating Right And Drinking Water But Why Having Pain At The End Of Urination?

I have been going to a weight loss trainer for the last 2 weeks eating right, drinking more then enough water and doing set up, running, all types of things for the first time in my life. I am 380lbs. but for the last 2 weeks I have been having really bad pain at the end of my peeing. I was bleeding a little a week ago but not any more. What is wrong with me?

Nephrologist 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for your query.
Pain at the end of micturition along with blood in the urine could be due to a UTI.
I would recommend a urinalysis and if required a urine culture.
Based on the results we will decide if you require a course of antibiotics.
Hope this helps
Good luck.
