Undergone Hysterectomy, Ovaries Preserved, Feeling Pull Near Incision, Painful, Exhausted. Normal Part Of Healing?

Hi there, I am 11 days post op for a hysterectomy, ovaries were preserved, today is my first time without pain meds since, am still resting most of the time, other than to toilet and get something to eat or drink, have been feeling a tug or pull on my right side, near the incision (abdominal), but deeper whenever I exert myself like getting out of bed. Other than sheer exhaustion from attempting anything physical I am feeling ok except for this twinge which really does hurt.
I hope its all a normal part of healing, but I thought I would run by hystersisters which has been the most incredible helpful online support for me.

hi..
you have pain in the abdominal scar following hysterectomy surgery..
you have stopped taking analgesics..
it is normal to have such pains during this post operative days without analgesics..
if it is associated with swinging high temperature, then we can think of infection of the injection site..
