Underwent Surgery For Glaucoma. Pus Cells Found In Urine Culture. What Could Be The Problem?
My mom,aged 60 has glucoma eye problem and has undergone surgery almost 8 years ago.she now uses betagan and carvoviz eye drops.from last one month she says she feel drowsy ,when checked bp was 160/100 and blood reports had little affected with typhoid and urine culture showed puss cells 8-10.After having medicine she feel better,but again now she says she gets pain near heart.bp is 140/90,body pains at times and stomach ache.she say that her head is rounding when she bends to work liking sweeping etc.what could be the problem

According to reading of blood pressure,she is having grade 1 hypertension.
She has to go for ECG,ECHO,lipid profile,s.creatinine,urine,cbc.
Start anti hypertensive medicine under guidance of her physician.She will feel better after control her BP.
Start antibiotic according to urine culture report.
b12,folic acid,calcium and other vitamins will be helpful to improve her general health.
Keep in touch with your doctor.

The symptoms as mentioned in your post are due to Postural hypotension.
It occurs due to sudden fluctuation in blood pressure during change in posture as a result of peripheral accumulation of blood in lower limbs.
As your mom has a history of hypertension, the symptoms can be relieved by controlling the blood pressure status.
So, kindly consult her treating Doctor & discuss regarding this.
Investigations like estimation of blood pressure & blood sugar levels, Electrocardiography will be helpful in detecting any pathological cause for the symptoms.
