Unmarried. Do Not Have Normal Periods. Pain Below Belly. Treatment?
hi i am 27 year old girl and not married yet and from more than a 8 months i do not have normal periods while daily or sometimes after a break of one day blood comes after i got to toilet for pee some times blood comes with mix up with urine sometimes comes after the urine but very little in amount very few drops sometimes blood comes enough but normal and i feel pain below belly what should i do and it is been 8 months i am dealing this what do u say about it and please advice me good as u can on my email address thank u soo much

The possible causes for your spotting are : - Hormonal imbalance. - Local causes like cervical erosion. -Uterine causes like endometrial abnormalities, polyps etc. - Sometimes blood in urine or stools can be interpreted as vaginal bleeding. So you once consult gynecologist and get examined. If she recommends go for hormonal profile, ultrasound, urine microscopy etc. By examination and investigations the possible cause for your problem can be identified and treated. Usually medical treatment is enough to cure these problems. Sometimes cervical erosion, polyps etc may need surgical interventions. Take care.
