hi i am 18 years old girl.i had unprotected sex with my partner 28march 2013 .then10 april 2013 i got periods.But up to now i am not getting periods.12 may 2013 i had deviry for 5days10 mg but still i am not getting periods .is this possible for pregnancy . please clear my doubt...now i dont like child this time.please clear my doubt....

Hi and thanks for the query,
the commonest explanation for lack of periods in a female of reproductive age is a pregnancy. It is therefore important for you to undertake a formal pregnancy test to be sure that you are not pregnant. It is not unusual to experience some delays or mild aberrations in the cycle especially in younger females. but compelling to be sure its not the pregnancy. The drug you took is for sure a hormone that certainly intervenes with the normal reproductive hormone regulation mechanism.
It is therefore surprising you might have some delays in your period.
I strongly suggest that rather than stay and be so worried, get consulted by your family physician and do a proper pregnancy test.
