Unprotected Sex, Dark Brown Bleeding, Not On Birth Control. Causes For Symptoms?

Two days after i had unprotected sex I had a period on July 14 and it lasted 5 to 7 days. A week later I got another period that was dark brown in color. It is still on but now I see it on my pantiliner but when I wipe and pee, I don t see anything. What could this be? I am not on any birth control . Can u help? I really need answers.
