Unprotected Sex, Itchy Rash, Huge Whelps, Swollen Hands, Sore Joints. Pregnancy Symptoms?

Hi Doctor, so I had unprotected sex and the next morning I woke up with what I believe to be Hives it is a a very itchy rash huge welps some are smaller then others and it appears randomly in diffrent places in a matter of seconds also my hands are swollen and my joints are sore all over my body. I am afraid maybe this is my body reacting to me becoming preagnant...is that possible?

All your symptoms could be due to
* an allergic reaction to either food, insect bite or any drug taken
* an inflammatory process
* or a viral infection

These symptoms cannot be a body's reaction to becoming a pregnant.

Use some antihistamine preparation of a day to two, if the symptoms still persist, approach your family physician for a detailed workup.
