Unusually Got Period Exceeding 4 Days, Biopsy Done, Frequent Urination, Not Able To Sleep, No Eating Cucumbers. Solution?

Hello, I am a 43 year old female. A couple of years back my period exceeded 4 days which is quite unusual for me, so I consulted my doctor. A biopsy was done. Unfortunately since then, a need to urinate presents itself every 20 minutes. If I drink 3 glasses of water a day, I basically cannot sleep at night for I constantly need to empty my bladder ... Cucumbers (among other foods) are a big no no for me... Is there a way I can at least reduce this issue?

Your anterior wall of vagina becomes lax causes you to give sensation to urinate frequently.This may be cystocele or urethrocele.
You may take exercise like hold your urine for some time technique to increase the muscle tightness at least 20-25 times in a day might solve your problem other wise you need surgical assistance.
