Upper Left Arm Bruised While Target Practice Shooting. Any Precautions To Be Taken?
I bruised my upper left arm while target practice shooting my large cal. Rifle. It slipped onto the bicep several times. Bruise is blue purple about 1.5 by 3. No pain. Initially iced down several times day it happened which was Wed. I am 63, good health no BP problems. Any precautions or suggestions?
