Upper Teeth Removed, Sinus, Swollen Gums And Cheeks
Hi, About three weeks ago, I had all my upper teeth pulled. Just after that i had and still do have a sinus infection . From being clogged up in my sleep, and sniffling i have sinus draining out of the last hole in the back on my left side now i am getting these little pus like spots next to my gum and on my cheek on the inside of my mouth
hi
Its unethical to remove all teeth at once . only 1 teeth at one time are 2 teeth can be removed if its on same side depends on the patients age and medical conditions. As u mentioned 3 weeks ago u got your teeth removed and now the pus is draining means there is possibility of infection in the area of teeth removed. so please go back to the dentist and get the needful done. firstly the area where the pus is draining should be irrigated well with betadine solution and if the bleeding takes place suture has to be given in that area . Followed by coagulants means blood clotting drugs has to be taken along with antibiotics and pain killers.

hi it seems to be dry socket after serial extractions. you should use proper anti biotic and anti inflammatory medicines along with metronidazole. do warm saline gargles for few times in a day and use two times a mouth wash . and if there is acute pain then you may go for a sedative dressing known as alvogyl dressing in the sight on infection and puss . this will heal the dry socket early. regards.
