Hello, I have been awake now with the sensation that I need to wee desperately but when I
Go to the toilet I can only wee a little and its not relieving the pressure. I think I have a UTI, but I am also getting the sensation that I need to poo, my tummy is all bubbley and I have the pressure that I need to poo but nothing is coming out.
I am feeling very uncomfortable and can not get back to sleep. Please help.

Hi, the pelvic pain always show discomfort in the G.I, and urinary tract symptoms. It may be the urinary tract infection, or amoebic colitis. I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptom prescribe injection micacin500mg, ofloxacin, ornidazole, and dicyclomine hydrochlorid. Thank you.
