Urge To Urinate, No Burning, No Cyst. UTI Without Pain?

Hi, I ve recently been having the constant urge to pee...like bladder is full, even after i pee and only a little comes out. I was tested back in may for urine culture but they never called me back, so i assume they didn t find bacteria, and i ve had uti before, but this time it doesn t burn when i pee, i just have the feeling as pressure in my bladder, and that i should be its annoying. I had an ultra sound performed in may on lower ab because i had pain, which went away and they didnt see a cyst, could i have a uti without pain, or could this be something more
