I need to know initial urine routine and culture reports... was pus cells no more initially and now decreasing...is levofloxacin sensitive to ur infection. For how long did u take levofloxacin. It should be taken for 7-10 days. If no pus cells has not decreased, u need to change antibiotic based on culture report. secondly u mentioned mucus thread. It may come kidneys. Did u get Ultrasound KUB done to rule out pyelonephritis. If it is there, u need to continue antibiotics for 14 days.
